Not Today
Your best days are proactive.
You feel in control.
You choose what you'll take on. And when you pull it off, you killed it! You feel no guilt doing whatever you want for the rest of the day.
The opposite is reactive days.
Things happen to you, and you react to them. You're swept up by the winds of circumstance, going wherever they take you.
It doesn't stop coming.
You never get to envision what you want from the day, so you miss a feeling of accomplishment by the end.
Note to self: choosing to react to what the day throws you, rather than setting a vision for what you really want out of the day upfront, is choosing to have a reactive day.
So today, choose to have a proactive day.
[Acknowledging here that I didn't post yesterday. I chose to have a reactive day instead.]
